I was told that my request would be noted, but later I was informed that it was not possible to cancel the order. I am confused and disappointed as to why your company does not offer a cancellation option. How is it not possible to cancel an item that hasn’t been shipped and was requested to be canceled within the same day? This raises serious concerns about your company's customer support and responsiveness to such straightforward requests

The prices are amazing,I trust delta to back their products never have I had a problem with that warranty .

Is it brushed chrome

We have a Leland faucet.is the valve assembly the same thing as a cartridge?  The faucet drips unless it is in one exact location and my plumber said I need to cartridge.  Did not see that in your parts diagram

Hi Biscuit 17, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Unfortunately, we do not have a specific date the LELAND® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet (Recertified) MODEL#: 19978Z-RB-DST-R. Recertified means returns sent by dealers. The product has been examined to confirm the product is in like-new condition, and the product & parts have never been installed and all parts are included. Does this faucet come with a soap dispenser or anything to cover the third hole in the kitchen sink.
