Poor flow
We've had delta kitchen faucets for year and have been happy. This model feels like a trickle compared to the 2.2 gpm unit we are coming from. Also do to the reduced flow the tankless water heater takes forever to notice that the hot water on this sink has been activated. Please bring back models with better flow.

Replaced another Delta faucet
I bought this set at Lowe's to replace a previous Delta set that was 10 years old and leaked. I was looking for a high neck set in bronze. I couldn't really look at it closely at Lowe's as it was high up on the wall, but it looked good. My only complaint is that the spout is a little narrower than the old one so the water is a bit slower in its flow. But other than that it works fine.

Great Service
I bought my Delta faucet 2 weeks ago. I ended up with that annoying “thump” in the line. Called the s ice department and they immediately sent out a new diverter and spray hose. Works perfectly now.

Poor sprayer design.
I have had the faucet for about a year and the sprayer has begun to leak severely. I have to leave it leaned over into my sink and when I turn on the water, it chugs unless I am actually using the sprayer and when the wAter is running and the sprayer is not in use it sprays a stream of water out the by the button.

Sprayer Issues
Bought this new at our local Lowe's 3 days ago and was unhappy to see that when the sprayer was engaged, the faucet would continue to run resulting in low pressure in the sprayer. Went back to Lowe's to ask what to do and he suggested installing a new diverter and attempted to demonstrate how to do that on one they had in stock. He wasn't able to figure it out and said probably was supposed to work that way. I certainly hope not, as the sprayer would be almost virtually useless without full water pressure. What would you suggest?

Good pressure
I bought for high arch as a replacement for a older delta I had. Good feeling handles and solid on and off. But the center part where water comes out is very loose and flimsy. Had professionally installed. Even the plumber noted it didn’t seem stout.

Plumber had to come back because it leaked
After the plumber left, I noticed there was a leak under the sink. It was coming from the cold water handle connection. Plumber returned the next day- handle with internal issues & we replaced the faucet with a second one.

Looks nice but leaks
Brought on 9/1/18. Had plumber to install. When turned on, the sprayer leaked. Rather than uninstall and return as I would have had to pay plumber again, he plugged the sprayer attachment. My plumber had always recommended Delta products, but not now.

Faulty Faucet
I bought and installed this faucet a couple of days ago and from day 1 it has made a thud sound every time I open the hot or cold water. This is not normal performance for a faucet and to make matters worst it leaks from the spout. I want to return this faucet and get something else, but I am stuck with this. Worst purchase ever.

Faulty design
Faucet comes with a small, inefficient aerator. I love swivel-head aerators. But this faucet does not accept any swivel-head aerators. I tried Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace and a specialty plumbing store. I called the Delta Help Desk. For some stupid reason, Delta made a faucet with a lousy aerator that is not compatible with any other aerator.

Nice Looking and functional
This is a very nice looking faucet, it matches my sink color perfectly. I didn’t use the sprayer, I’m glad it came with a cap to seal that off. I get more use out of my soap dispenser. I love the high arch of the faucet, it makes it easier to wash pots and pans.

Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Lorain Kitchen 21716LF faucet spout thread size is 3/4"-27. Unfortunately, we do not make adapters for adding filters or portable dishwashers, you may want to check with the filter or dishwasher makers for one.

Thank you for your question. You can use the faucet without the sprayer assembly. The faucet should come with the cap, RP60295 to cap off the valve assembly where the hose connects to.

How to connect the sprayer?
I am either missing pieces or the instructions are missing how the hose connects to the quick connect.

Thank you for your question. To connect the Quick Connect Sprayer assembly to your Lorain Kitchen faucet 21716LF model, you would push the end of the hose assembly up onto the nipple of the faucet. It would snap onto the blocked/tabs, above the two orings on the nipple. I have included below the Installation instructions and diagram, pg 2 module 4.

I just purchased a delta model 21716LF. Its smaller than my old one and I need a connection for a Kenmore 66517769K600 portable dishwasher. Can you give me a part number or where I can find this?
I had this same issue and purchased a 3/4 inch - 27 inch female x 55/64 inch - 27 male adapter by neoperl from Home Depot. This piece fits into the adapter that came with my Kenmore dishwasher and connects to the delta loraine faucet
