is this product rust resistant?

Non-metallic products are beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode and help prevent heat transfer. Do I have to install the the plate?

Can you hookup a portable dishwasher

The handle for the "hot" side of this faucet has an internal component that broke. It attaches to the metal post inside the handle. The handle just rotates round and round and will not turn the water on or off. Can this part be replaced and how?
