Cartridge leaked and ruined my wood floors
The cartridge in the faucet broke and started leaking. The plumber came and said the cartridge was a different design than the standard one that they keep on their truck. We had to wait multiple day to order the new cartridge in. A few months later, it starts leaking again but this time in the night. It ruined our hard wood floors in our kitchen. Delta agreed to send us a new faucet with the original design cartridge which helps but we will need to replace our wood floors now thanks to this faucet!!! Do not order this!!

This faucet is just what we needed, what an upgrade from the old "M" we had.
Fits great on a 1985 double stain less steel sink. (Sorry no pic's don't want to clean up the window area). Install was very smooth, the hard part was removing the old one and cleaning the rust and grim, (I'm bald so I did scrap my head and broke a nail (but a little blood & scraps) makes for a good JOB).
I purchased restored but it was like NEW and 1/3 the price of a new one and great warranty.
yes, the hoses are long (to cover different installs) but looping them is not so bad (use a hair dryer (or heat gun, carefully) to warm them and they loop easily).
bottom line, my wife loves it and we all know, Happy wife is a good life.

Very nice faucet
I have had tis for about a month now and am very happy with it. This replaced an absolutely awful faucet installed by our builder in a new house. I love the floating weight too, as the hose no longer tangles in everything under the counter. Very satisfied so far!

Hate the supply lines
I just installed the faucet and found the very stiff and way too long supply lines very difficult to work with. I was finally able to bend them into a loop and connect to the valves, however I feel like there is way too much tension being put on the valves and CPVC supply pipes. I would really like to have the option to cut the supplies to the correct length and use the brass compression fittings that came with the valves.

We just received a 9113-DST-R and as I was preparing to install this faucet when I noticed that the single hole mounting parts 1,2,3 & 4 are missing. I called Delta support and they couldn't provide these parts as they are not on the parts diagram. Help

What does recertified mean
We recently purchased this faucet and am wondering how I go about registering it for warranty and also the plumber threw away the paper work that came with the faucet and would like to have that for if in the future if we have problems with it.

We had our laundry room remodeled. They replaced the hot water tank.and said we might get air and sediment for a time in each sink. We did!!!! If I can’t remove the aerator to clean out the silt. I can tell the water is slower than it was when installed.

Thank you for your question and we are happy to help! Unfortunately, the aerator in the Delta Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet (Recertified) Model 9113-AR-DST-R cannot be removed. We recommend soaking the spray head in 50% warm water and 50% white vinegar as well as flushing the supply lines.
To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies.

I am trying to clean my delta faucet aerator. I cannot get it unscrewed. I have no key. The aerator is flush with the head and does not appear to have any grooves to grip and unscrew. It appears similar to your Essa model kitchen faucet head.

I have a laundry faucet in a butcher block counter now. Deck is 1.5” so we’re good there. Hole is just under 8”circumference so just shy of 2.54” diameter. Will this faucet work?
