First align the tabs with the tabs on the quick connects. Push the quick connects firmly upward and then snap them onto the receiving tube tabs. Thank you for your question, charlie! The bonnet nut may be too tight which is causing the spout to turn. This nut should be finger tight, then 1/4 to a full turn past that. Hi Lance, Thank you for your question. Depending on the supplier code some of the model B4410LF faucets will have supply lines that spin. The connection is made with o-rings and a clip system. The spinning lines will not unthread. The models with this design are the B1310LF-30, B3310LF-30, B4410LF-30 Series faucets. Thanks, Dave

A picture would be helpful, but I will try to answer your question based on what I think you are trying to do. Twisting/spinning the copper supply lines is going to result in damage to your pipes and a leak. You need two crescent, or two open end wrenches, one to hold the copper pipe from twisting, and a second to tighten the supply line hose. Don't make it too tight or too loose. I would guess about 10 foot lbs. I would use some teflon tape or Rectorseal Tplus2 on the threaded connections to ensure a watertight fit, which you can get at your local hardware store.

Hi Anne, Thank you for your question. To remove the spray hose from your model B4410LF-SS faucet you will need to press in on the textured portion on the tabs on 2 sides of the white block connector. Once you have applied pressure, push up slightly and then pull the hose down off the fittting. Thanks, Dave

Hello Jack, Thank you for your question! We will be happy to help you. To remove debris from your faucet, you will need to flush. Below you will find the instructions for flushing your faucet. Please gather 1/8” allen wrench, strap wrench, bucket and a towel. ** Please shut off water supplies before starting this process. ** 1. Please remove the handle with your 1/8” allen wrench and pull off the handle. 2. Once the handle has been removed, please remove the dome shape cap with your strap wrench. 3. Once this has been removed, please remove the inside parts. 4. Once you removed these parts, place the towel around the back of the entire faucet and place the bucket on top of the towel leaving some in the sink. 5. While someone else holds the bucket, please turn the hot and cold water supplies on and allow the water to flow for about a minute or so.
