Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Push-Down Pump handle wobbles - seems weak!! The push-down pump wobbles like it's going to break and appears to only be secured by a nylon attachment. I'm sure we will be asking for a replacement of the pump handle (hopefully at no cost) in the future. Not a good design in my opinion. Otherwise how the soap bottle attaches to the pump (screw-on) is great. Also, very beautiful design and goes together easily.

Reviews for the Trinsic the manual soap pump complain about it spinning. An alternate one that I feel may match is the Essa but there are only 2 reviews. Does the Essa also have a problem with spinning? I am replacing my nonfunctioning touchfree Trinsic.

The pump head feels very flimsy in the base. I would expect a more sturdy feel based on the high-quality metal design. Is this normal or a defect in my unit?

Is the top threaded? Meaning, do you have to twist it on to tighten? Mine will set too close to my backsplash to twist all the way around, so I wouldn't be able to turn it if it were threaded.

How long is the body? I purchased another model and under my counter there is a ledge so if the body is too short I can’t screw it together.

Our newly installed RP100736BL soap dispenser won't pump the soap out. Our installer did not leave any instructions except "fill it up and start pumping". Is there a manual that we can order or can you tell us a trick to make it pump the soap?

I just received this product (no instructions provided?!?) & put the second gasket on the underneath side of the granite counter-top as there was already one attached under the top side. Should I remove and put the second gasket underneath the counter?
