Rated 3 out of 5 by from Push-Down Pump handle wobbles - seems weak!! The push-down pump wobbles like it's going to break and appears to only be secured by a nylon attachment. I'm sure we will be asking for a replacement of the pump handle (hopefully at no cost) in the future. Not a good design in my opinion. Otherwise how the soap bottle attaches to the pump (screw-on) is great. Also, very beautiful design and goes together easily.

Our soap dispenser shoots soap down the wall of the sink below, the spout is too short to hit the body of the sink itself with soap, which we want to do for dishwashing Is there a different product with a longer spout we could replace this one with?

We thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We recommend using the Delta Faucet part RP101188 Metal Soap Dispenser in place of the Delta Faucet part RP100736 Metal Soap Dispenser as it is 3/4" longer and will allow for an extended reach. Does the tube separate from the pump in order to use an extension kit?

Does this have the problem of spinning like the Trinsic does in the reviews? I am replacing my touchless Trinsic.

Is the top of the dispenser supposed to be loose? Ours just sits on top and wobbles around. Definitely doesn't seem worth the price we paid.
