Length of spout.
Only downside is length of spout. Needs to be a little longer (maybe only 1/2 to 1 inch) to reach over edge of sink. It’s difficult to reach a dish or pan placed underneath. When detergent added directly to sink some trickles down the side. The problem may be the single sink with edge around top. Otherwise ok. Matches the faucet.

Broken pegs holding the tubes
I have had this for quite a few years, without any trouble. And have enjoyed the convenience, yesterday, I noticed it was sitting funny, since I just filled the bottle. But, I have searched, and to replace the top, I would have to buy a brand new one. Why, is the top, not available to buy, by itself, considering the rest is in good condition. I have learned how to fill, without overflowing it.

My model RP50781AR Soap dispenser pump sticks. It doesn’t return to the full pumping mode and therefore it doesn’t pump. Can I get a replacement pump to fix this problem? Thank you.

What is your warranty on the soap dispenser? There is a lot of comments regarding the plastic breaking and that they stop working. I hate to get one and have to replace it every year or two. Thanks

what soap or lotion should be used
Hi, Steve!
Thank you for your question. Our Delta soap dispensers can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer,and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam.

I am concerned that the soap dispenser will not stick out over the sink far enough. What is the dimension of the spout from the center of the dispenser (middle of the hole)?

Thank you for your question. The straw is 11/32" in diameter. However, we recommend to only use the included 13 oz bottle, as the threads may not support additional weight.
