Poor pump design, no parts list, can't order parts
We've been satisfied with this dispenser for many years, when it works. I always flush the entire assembly before refilling the bottle, but about a year ago the pump began to stick. I'm an engineer and scientist so this is no mystery: the pump seals are wearing and/or swelling and are obviously not liquid dish soap compatible. What really grinds my gears is finding NOTHING HELPFUL on this website! No Parts!!!

The Plastic pump on this thing stinks!!!!!
We have had this in our home for over a year. We travel often and spend the winters in our Florida home so this doesn't get a lot of use. The pump is really bad and can not be repaired even with regularly cleaning it out.
The other thing is that there is no part number or any kind of identification on the pump or upper dispenser that would help you identify the model for ordering a replacement plastic pump. Not real happy about the time i have had to put into this to find a replacement plastic pump. In fact, I still have not found it.

Does Delta sell any soap dispenser which is mounted on the kitchen counter, but can be refilled from the top instead of having to go under the counter to refill the dispenser?

Will this soap dispenser be compatible with the Grant pull-out kitchen faucet SS? Also, does Delta carry a compatible water filter dispenser?

Will the finish on this dispenser match a brushed nickel faucet?

Thank you for your inquiry. The finish of this soap/lotion dispenser RP90355SP, in the Spotshield Stainless Steel would be one of the close matching finishes to brushed nickel. Although there is a glossy finish applied over the Stainless Steel to help prevent fingerprints and water spots, so you may notice a slight difference in the two finishes.

The finish of this soap dispenser, RP90355SP, in the Spotshield Stainless Steel is the same finish as the Stainless Steel Delta Savile Kitchen Faucet, model 11949-SS-DST, although there is a glossy finish applied over the Stainless Steel to help prevent fingerprints and water spots, so you may notice a slight difference in the two finishes.

This comes with a rubber gasket, does this go above or below the countertop?

This came with my high-rise pull down faucet. I never figured out how to make it tight. I’ve studied the instructions off and on for months. The top just comes right up with little effort. Does it just sit there loose?
