My faucet is a 9192t-sssd-dst and my solenoid is x00090218 v3.3.0. Will both the EP102157 and EP 73954 ac adapters work with this model of solenoid? Also, what is the difference between the two adapter models?

What's the difference between these A/C adapters for Touch 2.0 faucets: EP102157 (which sometimes has a "C" suffix), & EP73954? Is one more recent? Will each of them work with each of these Touch 2.0 faucets: 19802TZ-SP-DST and 9113T-AR-DST?

Can the power supply be plugged into the same outlet as my garbage disposal?

I have the Trinsic touch faucet with DC battery pack.  The battery case is damaged.  I want to instal the AC adaptor but it calls for the battery pack to remain in place. Can I just cut and splice the wires, remove battery pack, and run on AC?

How do I know if I need a new solenoid?  It seems like you need a working solenoid to use this adapter.  If I need a new solenoid what is the part number for the Touch 2?  Any chance my faucet is still under warranty?  It’s less than 5 years old.

Touch2O - For the Adapter EP10215 (to stop worrying about batteries), I'm told to keep the battery device connected. My question is, may I remove the batteries ? 2nd part is, will the EP10215 make my batteries last indefinitely ?

Our fault battery powered faucet will turn on and the valve will be turned up but we can not get any water to come out. After moving the valve handle from hot to cold and few times and to the off position and back on, the water finally starts coming out.

The issue may be caused by water debris trapped in the faucet. To flush the faucet, close the handle and use a bucket to catch water under the sink. Disconnect the hose above the solenoid and open the handle to run water for a minute into the bucket. So can’t use this in the same outlet that the garbage disposal plugs into? And if your garbage disposal is on a wall switch you can’t use this cord and have to rely solely on the batteries? Is that accurate-what’s the point of this cord. Rethinking faucet

I have the recently had to replace the solenoid valve and have the power adapter. The faucet now works but blinks red. It seems this is the signal for dead batteries — do I have to put batteries in even though I have the power adapter?
