Hi Gary, We are sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your faucet. The H25CW refers to the handles only. I have attached a manual for a faucet model that used the handles below. Whether your faucet is a 4" centerset or a wide spread faucet the stem assembly and seats and springs would be the same. In most cases changing out the RP4993 seats and springs will stop a faucet from dripping out of the spout. The parts breakdown will show you the order of assembly. You will need to remove the handle and then unscrew the bonnet nut counter-clockwise. Once the bonnet nut is removed you can pull the stem assembly up and out and replace the seats and springs.
