Love this product
My husband likes the handheld and I like the stationary shower head. This was a perfect compromise without compromising style. One feature that we did not realize and absolutely LOVE is that the hot/cold setting sort of stays with the on/off lever so you get the same temperature every time without adjusting!!

BUYER BEWARE
Some of the parts on this piece are PLASTIC! VERY disappointed. I bought this unit to go in a new house and thought I'd save some $. The product description does not indicate 1) some parts are plastic and the 2) the diverter is plastic and TINY. Looks much better in the pictures. Do not bother buying this...you will be disappointed.

I purchased this item almost 1 year ago. It started dripping about a month ago. We thought maybe it just needed some adjustments but now it pours out of the faucet and will not shut off. We bought Delta because it is supposed to be reliable but we are very unhappy with everything about this faucet. It looks cheap and looks like it is made of plastic which is mostly is. The hand shower won't stay in it's caddy and whacks you in the head when it falls down. It is supposed to have 5 settings, ours only has 4. Price, it was expensive for what you get. I would not recommend this shower/faucet to anyone.

We had this set installed in our main shower in 2016. We have been happy with it up until now but we cannot get the shower to not drip. We have tried shutting off the handle harder. We have tried bringing the handheld (which where the drips comes from) and emptying it after the shower, and no luck. Our installer did not save the instructions, so we are at a loss how to correct this issue.

Delta Shower Head
I am a general contractor specializing in bathroom remodeling and this shower head is good if you don't want to spend a lot of money, however the shower head assembly is all made of all plastic and the removable head is difficult to insert into the holder. The valve and handles are fine and typical of Delta's product line which is decent quality for the money.

Beautiful but HORRIBLE in use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this for our guest bath. While it looks really pretty, using it is really unpleasant. First, the hose is so stiff that it's actually difficult to aim the hand held shower head where you want it to go. What's the point of having a hand held shower if you can't aim it? Second, it's ridiculously difficult to replace the hand held portion into the main spray. We keep trying to figure out if there is some "trick" to it, but no, it's just really difficult. And third, I know this is supposed to be a water-saving shower head, but some manufacturers manage that & still provide an invigorating shower experience. Not this one. The 4 spray patterns are weak, weaker, weakest and trickle. Fortunately it is only a guest bathroom & probably won't be used very much, but I feel like I'll have to apologize in advance to any overnight guests. I definitely do NOT recommend this item. Sorry.

Liked the design, function is just okay
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this design for our master bath to match with other items we purchased that had a square design, It is difficult to remove the hand held part from the fixed showerhead. I didn't seat it right one time and it fell almost hitting me on the head. Once you get it in there right, it is secure. We are not that impressed with the water pressure that comes from it. The hose is stiff and really sticks out from the wall. We are assuming this will relax over time, but it is kind of in the way right now.
Unfortunately, we also bought the round design for two other bathrooms. To avoid the cost of a return, we are living with them, though we don't love them. The hose is stiff and really sticks out from the wall. We are assuming this will relax over time, but it is kind of in the way right now.

Great shower head but controls sticky

Only negative is adjusting controls for both cold and hot is sticky and doesn't adjust easily. Also we almost always have pressure up all the way because it sticks and can't get it turned all the way warm with low pressure

Does the job

Bought for basement bath

Hoping for great control
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this shower faucet for my new construction based on the recommendation from a friend who works for a plumbing supplier. My shower faucet will not be accessible from outside the shower. Therefore, I wanted to be able to turn my faucet on heat up to a comfortable temperature without having to stand in cold water. Because this faucet has a separate volume control, I can leave the temperature setting at my desired temperature when I turned the shower off and on. I also like that I can use the shower head as a hand held shower.

Don't buy this!
We are building a new home and I've bought all Delta fixtures as advised by the builder and plumber. They were installed today and this is the only thing that I don't like...really don't like! The shower head does not fit well in the housing and the hose is all wadded up, looking awful. The plumber told me he has one like it, hates it, and that the hose only hangs straight when hot water runs through it. Chose another option!

Love the In2ition shower
We bought this set in the brilliance stainless finish and had it installed. After using it for a few weeks, we've noticed water spots all over it that you cannot wipe off. We have soft water in our home and have wiped the faucet and the rest of the trim dry after use. I tried some windex spray and that didn't work. Is there some special polish you need to remove the water spots or is it a finish that is defective? We would appreciate any help you can give us regarding this. Thank you so much.
