Delta Shower Kits Contents Explanation
The product is fine. However it should be made very clear what shower accessories are included in the Delta kits and what are not that need to be ordered separately. This valve was not included and was key to making the system work. Plus the price was a bit steep!

Thank you for your question. The Delta H597 is designed to fit/work with the cartridge assembly of the Cassidy shower diverter trim kit. The 600 shower and tub shower faucet only have the RP17443 handle, that will fit/work with the stem of the ball assembly in the valve.

Does this handle kit require an Escutcheon or a trim kit to finish it out?
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet H597PN is used on the 3 and 6 function diveter trims. They will contain the escutcheon bases needed to complete the faucet.

can I get part # for Everly brushed nickel wall mounted shower transfer valve can't find. Been looking for a hour on your delta site. Is it made? I already have the Everly shower diverter valve and want to have a additional shower head.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is not a matching diverter trim kit for the Everly shower valve trim kit. The Cassidy handle assembly, H597PN, does work with the T11897-PN diverter trim. Here is a link to the unit:

can this be installed on the wall? and does it require two for both hot and cold or does the single handle control both?
I'm building a home and my builder uses Delta. I've been unable to find a stylish wall mount faucet for a free standing tub on your web site. I could potentially use these handles with a separate filler.
I would need to also know if this faucet would have sufficient capacity to be used for a tub or is it only for a sink?

Thank you for your question. This handle will not work with a wall mounted tub faucet. Our options for a tub filler are 14, 17, and 17 series models and deck mounted or floor mounted Roman tub faucets.
