Rated 1 out of 5 by from The problem is... Excellent faucet for 15 years, set screw shaft is its weakest link. CANNOT be tightend enough. Handle loose, tightend screw, put back on, still loose. Removed handle, drove screw to its full stop in the shaft's handle, still in my hand. BUT, the screw's shaft apparently has a stop of its own preventing further depth so handle remains wobbly. A 25¢ problem wrecks an otherwise great $300 product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice I bought this last week and received few days after. When I installed to my Delta Faucet handle (Tub/Shower -134900 Series-) it was too loose. Although it fit but the handle still wiggle.I presume this is not a correct set screw for the handle. I would not recommend for the Tub/Shower (134900 Series)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lost it! Found it! My son told me I could find anything I wanted on the internet. SO... The shower in my apartment had some kind of governor on it and was WAY too cold (93*). I looked up the shower on the Delta site and found out how to re-set the governor that is under the shower handle. In the process, I lost the set screw out of the handle. (cover you drain with a cloth or paper before you start!) I found the replacement part number on the same set of instructions and ordered it. It was here in 2 days and I could not be prouder that I did this myself! Who says a 55-year old woman can't learn something new!

Does the rp152 set screw fit the shower handle for the 13/14 series?

What is the size of the Allen wrench for a Delta Victorian bathroom faucet? It’s smaller than 3/32” apparently and bigger than 1/16”.

RP 70462SS -Diverter Handle Set Screw - I would like to use some lithium spray grease to lubricate the threaded handle set screw. Any issues with lubricating the threads before installation? I had to drill out the set screw to remove the diverter.

How do you get the set screw out? I have soaked the kitchen, bathroom and bathtub levers in vinegar, and I can't get the set screws to budge. HELP!!!! I can't change the seals if I can't get the levers off.

We are happy to help! The RP152 set screw uses a size 1/8" hex wrench. If water deposits have built up over time or due to a leak, soaking the area in 50/50 white vinegar and water is recommended. If the set screw cannot be loosened after repeated soaking, it may be necessary to drill out the set screw, but this can cause damage to the handle and the handle may need to be replaced as well.
