Does this fit a set screw for a handle?

Does this fit the back of the Hydrorain shower head Model # 58680? I need to spanner wrench to adjust the tension on the balljoint of my shower head.

Does the RP1974 spanner fit the adjusting ring on a B510LF-PPU? This is a yes or no question. I have no idea whether this is an “older” faucet, and I have no idea what span is required without removing the bonnet.
