We needed what I discribed as brushed nickel. We received a chrome looking part. I called Customer Service to return part, and this rep said that we needed the stainless steel finish. He expedited the order and we received within a week. We then returned the original shipment and our credit card was promptly credited with original purchase price. My wife was happy and therefore I'm happy.

What is the size of the deck hole that needs to be drilled for this dispenser?

Is this price of almost $60 for the complete dispenser assembly? Can't be for just the small head assembly, can it?

Hello Joe, This part number is for the entire pump head minus the mounting, internal pump, and bottle. Unfortunately, the nozzle on the pump head is not a separate part.

Can I purchase from you or a dealer the head cabeza only for this product

This part has corroded which make the soap dispenser useless.

what is diameter of the upper part of the pump? what is diameter of the lower part which is attached to the sink?

Hi, the spout on my pump head cracked and before I order it I wanted to know how to remove the dispenser part that fits into the head and does it just snap into the new pump head?  Thank you.

I believe we have RP 21905 head on our kitchen sink soap dispenser. The arm itself measures 2 7/16 inches, and overall, including the vertical stem measures 3 5/8 inches. We need one with an arm 1 inch longer. Do you make a dispenser with a longer arm?

Is 'Stainless' the same as 'Arctic Stainless'? We have this soap pump now in Arctic Stainless, but the head has broken and we need to replace.
