What is the lenght of this product?
The one I have has spindles that are too short and measure
2 7/8 inches. Can not get spindle to screw in to valve cover.

I think this the spindle I need but need to know its length.
The one I have now (which is about 15 years old) will not screw in because the spindle cannot reach the threds.

On my Delta Monitor 18 series jetted shower trim unit the innovations accent (A74) is slightly loose as is the temperature knob and cover(RP28595). How do I frighten these components?
Thank you for your question, Scot! I do apologize that the temperature knob and accent are loose, and will be more than happy to help. You can remove the RP28595 temperature cover by snapping it off by hand. When the cover is off this will expose the screw for the temperature knob which you can tighten by using a Phillip's screwdriver. The RP26852 spindle that holds the accent in can be tightened by hand.
