Great customer service
Delta's customer service is fantastic. I have a 18 year old shower valve for which I could not identify the model number or replacement parts. I sent a photo to Delta, they identified the model and sent me links to the correct replacement parts. Very happy with their service.

My shower head was leaking. The web site was good in letting me know which parts to order. Installation instructions would have been helpful but the job went well. This site is a keeper.

Delta Shower Head (dual) with a fixed, spraying base and detachable head portion is labeled A112.18.1M / 2.5 GMP 9.5 L/MIN. After 7 years, the shower head now leaks when in the OFF position. I need some kind of rebuilding kit - can you direct me?
I'm pretty sure I have a Monitor 1323 shower valve. What is the part number for new o rings, seats and springs?

I have a two function shower control (volume and temperature separate controls, no digital readout, with a two-part shower head) that drips when off. It dates from 2009 or 2010. Is the repair kit RP28603 what I need for this repair?

RP28603 is used for the older 1700 series shower valves and RP46073 is used with the newer 1700 series shower valves.

How do I match the seats and springs to the cartridge I am replacing? I have RP24096 cartridge.
