is this o-ring (RP37021) included in the RP3614A kit??

Thank you for your question. The Delta RP37021 O-ring is not included in the RP3614A Repair Kit. The RP25 is the o-ring that is included in the RP3614A Repair Kit.

Have a Delta model 155/6/7/8 ?? which is leaking at the spout swivel joint. Maybe need new o-rings (2) - RP37021 or bonnet washer - RP37022? need suggestion how to take spout apart...
Thank you for your question, James304! To access the o-rings, first unscrew the bonnet counter-clockwise. It may help to use a flat rubber jar opener. You will then be able to lift up on the spout to remove it, pull off the spout retainer clip, and slide off the bonnet.

How do I replace O-ring 37021 on faucet model 186 & 187 downspout
Hi Hec,
Thank you for your question! To access the o-ring, grip the base of the faucet with one hand and turn the Spout Bonnet (RP40371) counter-clockwise with the other. Once it has been unscrewed from the spout base you can lift up on the spout, remove the spout retainer (RP21961) by pulling it apart first, and then slide off the bonnet. You can then remove and install the new o-rings.

How does one disassemble the faucet assembly to replace the two RP37021 washers?
Hi Gus, Thank you for your question. You will need to grab the part of the spout assembly above the base of the spout and unscrew in a counter-clockwise direction. Once this entire piece is removed you should be able to unscrew the bonnet and release the top portion of the spout to change out the RP37021 o-rings. I have attached the parts breakdown for the model 156-WF to help with your repair.

My victorian kitchen faucet leaks at the swivel joint. I was sent RP3614A for repairs but this doesn't seem to be the correct kit to address the issue? I believe I needed the RP70____(stainless finish) and RP7021 o-rings. What use is the RP3614A?
Does the RP37021 contain one or two o-rings? Thanks

Why is rp37021 only one ring? I was told by customer service that it was 2, and that’s what the diagram Delta sent me shows.
