does this work with every shower head type and flange? if not, what shower head and flange is it compatible with?

I purchased a Delta In2ition 4 setting two-in-one shower (model 58470) and the shower arm that came with the product is too short. I need an additional 3 inches to provide the movement needed in my shower. Is this a possible solution?

I want to install the Delta in2ition H2O Kinetic Two in One shower (58620-SS25-PK) in a standard bathtub shower with shower curtain......is this shower arm (RP40593SS) the right length at 7" ?  With standard tub length don't want wild overshoot.

What is the length of this shower arm RP40593RB?  I’m looking for a longer one for your shower head 58680-RB25. I would like more clearance from the wall to allow the downward facing head to fall on me without angling it out so much.

How long is the arm to the break and from the break to the end. Can this be reversed so that the long end extends downward for short people?
