Ugh, soap only trickles out
This soap dispenser looks great, but….. it’s very hard to pump the soap out. It takes many consecutive pumps before we get enough out to wash our dishes. It’s such a slow process. It was installed in May 2023. It’s Feb 2024.

Nice alternative to botte of dish soap next to sink
This liquid dish soap dispenser is convenient and holds 5 ounces more than my old sink dish soap dispenser. So much easier to dispense soap this way as you are washing pots & pans at the sink.

Cheap plastic that breaks
Our Kohler soap dispenser broke apart after regular use, and I went out to find a replacement only to see that it's $86 on this site AND that others are having the same issue. So, at this point, why even buy a replacement if it's just going to break in the same way again. In my uninformed opinion, this soap dispenser is wildly too expensive for how cheaply the plastic construction is.

Way too much soap is dispensed with every pump. A lot of waste.
I like the looks of the soap dispenser however, there is a lot more soap dispensed then what I need. It wastes a lot. The quantity seems to be sufficient for a commercial business that has a large wash regularly. I would like to have one that has a skinny spout. that maybe a lot less comes out then this one. There is no way to regulate the amount of soap as far as I can see. I tried to push it with a light touch but that wasn't really effective. And I sure don't want to have to take the time to remember to use a light touch.

Good dispenser, but developed a prroblem
I purchased a ToucH20 set and this dispenser in August 2020. ToucH20 is fine, the dispenser worked normally until Winter 2023, when it developed some kind of split around the siphon. Now, soap accumulates around the base, every time I press down. I don't know expected lifetime for this product, but 2.5 years seems a bit short.

Nice soap dispenser. We had Artic Stainless Steel in our kitchen when the house was built so this soap dispenser came in that shade of stainless steel and was very easy to install. Well built as well.

Disappointed....only small amount of soap disbursed
Love the style but can't get the soap out. Multiple pumps are needed to get even the smallest amount of soap. Tried multiple times to clean/soak plunger....but nothing helps. Can I just get a new chrome plunger? I'll pay !!

The was a replacement pump and I love it because it’s easy to pump and the amount of soap dispensed is what you would need for dishes. The first one I had dispensed too little soap and was much harder to pump. Love it!

Replacement
I needed this since I was replacing faucet and sprayer and had 3 holes in my granite top. I much prefer this to a plate covering any holes. It's quite useful for detergent when you have to hand wash anything.Love the whole set.

This soap dispenser is not the same quality as it’s faucet counterpart. It is mostly if not all flimsy material that feels like plastic. The tubing underneath has snapped. This is second one I’ve purchased so it would match my faucet. Very disappointing from a good quality company.

There's a loose black rubber gasket & also a white sealant attached the bottom of the base that affixes to the top side of the sink. The white seal seems to replace silicone. Does the black gasket still go above the sink, or below with the plastic nut?

The soap dispenser on our delta product has disintegrated and no longer pumps. Can I get a replacement part? I think the model number is RP50781 and is either stainless or brushed nickel. I can send a photo if that would help.

Is there the same style dispenser that is about 2 inches higher above the sink top?
Thank you for your question. All of our soap dispensers are flush with the countertop except for one model. Delta Faucet model # RP47280SS sits on top of the countertop.

I am trying to match a brushed nickel faucet with your soap dispenser. What is difference in color between Actic Stainless and just Stainless?
Is Stainless or Arctic Stainless what you consider to be equal to brushed nickel?
Thank you for your question. The difference between Artic Stainless and Stainless Steel is that Artic Stainless more closely matches today stainless steel appliances. It has a bluer tint to the finish and Stainless Steel has a gold tint to the finish.

I'm trying to replace an Opella plastic Kitchen Soap Dispenser - the hole in the sink will only allow a 7/8" threaded flange. Does Delta make a Kitchen Soap Dispenser that has a 7/8" Threaded Flange? If so, part number, stainless?
Thank you for your question, JimZ! Delta soap dispensers are designed to fit most standard installation holes but will require a minimum 1 1/4" to accommodate the threaded shank.

My model RP 50781 Soap dispenser pump sticks. It doesn’t return to the full pumping mode and therefore it doesn’t pump. What do I need to do to fix this problem? Thanks

Please try to soak the entire dispenser and pump in a solution of 50/50 white vinegar and water and flush it out with warm water.
