Is there a special wrench to use to remove this aerator? Do you just replace the internal parts? Does it fit a 545-WF Delta faucet, which is discontinued?

Our Delta Faucet model 545-WF has a cache aerator RP54000 however, the older version did have a removable tip aerator. The part number for that aerator is RP46790 and has been discontinued, I have included the parts diagram for the faucet below.

Hello - does the aerator for Leland bathroom faucet simply screw out, or is a separate aerator tool required? It's not coming out by trying to unscrew it, but it is caked up, and I want to remove it to clean it.

Thank you for your question!
This aerator can be unthreaded by hand. To make removal easier wrap a vinegar soaked rag around the end of the spout and let it sit for a few hours. This will help break down the mineral build-up in the threads making removal much easier.

RE: RP53347-1.2. What I want is only the aerator and not the screw-on housing. My research has it as a 17mm x 15mm size. Are these available?

What are the dimensions for the rubber WASHER for the aerator? (aerator part number: RP53347)
I need a replacement aerator for my Delta Leland bathroom faucet. I need the aerator in brushed chrome, however, this is showing as a discontinued item. Is is possible to replace only the plastic inner part as I still have metal aerator? Thanks
