can I purchase Roman Tub handles without the spout?

I am replacing existing delta roman tub faucet and handles and the Dryden faucet does not fit my existing connection but I would like to use the handles - can I purchase just the handles and not the entire trim kit?

Height & Package Quantity

What is the height of these handles and are both hot and cold assemblies included in purchase, or just one replacement handle? Thank you!

Could you use these handles for a wall mount tub filler like t5756-lhp-wl?

Are these handles (RP 53409) the same as / replacement for the handles on my Roman Tub Trim Kit (T2751)?

Hi, I purchased the 2 Handle Lever Kit 53409 for a roman tub and just got the spout and handles but did not get the pieces that attach to the tub. My first question is: will extendors work and 2) Should the kit come with the pieces that attach to the tub?

Will this work with T2732-SS? My existing lever on the Woodhurst T2732-SS is too long and I need to replace it with one that is shorter - closer to 3".
