Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXACTLY what I needed After purchasing what I believed to be the correct faucet set, just for the handle piece, from Amazon and Home Depot, I finally just came to the Delta site to find what I was looking for. The only reason I didn't come to the site sooner was because I believed it would be more expensive, I found that I was wrong. In fact Delta sold the exact part I was looking for and it was cheaper than the set I purchased from Amazon and Home Depot. It was EXACTLY what i needed.

are there any other handles or sets that would be compatible with the RP70538 cartridge

Our sister company that uses the RP70538 is Peerless Faucet Company, and the models are listed below. Please note that any of the handles with these trim kits will fit. We ha the plastic ball handle in our shower that you turn to the left to turn on and adjust the water temp an right to turn off. We are needing a handle to replace the ball. Is there an oprion w/out replacing the series 1300 valve? Thank you, Paulette

Does this handle come in black? I have the delta foundations with the RP70538 valve and I can not find a black trim kit for it. The ones I’ve found that say they fit the delta 14 valve do not stay attached at all and fall off.

We have an old delta shower valve with the glass looking handle. To turn it on you lift the ball rotate clockwise for cold and counter clockwise for hot. To turn it off you push the ball down. Will this newer handle fit my shower valve?

why are not all delta single valve handles come with the same pentagon stem adapter? i was going to change the brush nickel color for a rub brown bronze look but the handles wont work on the pentagon stem adapter... i purchased the b114900c-ss 93946-D
