what does a cover air gap do? we bought a trask faucet for our sink w/ 4 holes, and are just trying to figure out how to plug the holes we don't need without relying on cover that came in the box. I ran across this while searching for an air gap cover.
Thank you for your question, what! This covers the hole on the back of the air gap on the models 1914T or 1977T. Our Air Gap is model number 72020. To fill other holes, we recommend using a soap/lotion dispenser or hole cover.

Is this product the same purpose as the round Air Gap for dishwashers that are usually 2 1/2 cylinder?
