Rated 1 out of 5 by from Yikes. The worst! Delta just sent this as a replacement for my 19922-DST. Terrible design. Must hold the "bubble "spray button and figure out the precise spot to spray as to not get splashed. Other spray pattern is ridiculous. It's going back!

Hello, my Delta Ashton faucet head no longer sprays in different patterns -- pressing the buttons doesn't change the water flow at all. Is it possible to repair? Or replace just the head portion? Thank you.

I am trying to include Shieldspray part with out the hose #RP93635. I have been told that this part # is the most recent upgrade. Is that right? When I bring it up in the catalogue I can't add it to my cart. Why? Same problem the button.

replacing the wand assembly hose from the faucet assembly hose

Hi paul, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP93635SS. I recommend installing the hose from the top. It can be difficult to thread the hose through the faucet hub. It can be helpful to turn the spout or move the hoses below the sink to help get the hose through the hub. Please reach out with any additional questions! I thought Delta faucets were guaranteed for life? This spray head just blew apart while using it.

Our products do have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers, all parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. 16 mons ago you sent set RP93635SS (Delta Ref # 4726186). Since then water flow has slowed greatly. The problem is the head, because if it is unscrewed, water flows freely from the hose. Washing the head with soap and vinegar does not help. Please advise

how to install the wand hose assembly to faucet hose quick attachment

Hi paul, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP93635SS. To connect the sprayer hose to the faucet hose, use the clip RP60911 that should be included. Be sure the clip fits behind the shoulders on both hose fittings. Pull down moderately to ensure a connection has been made. Please reach out with any additional questions!
