I have the replacement hose, but need instruction on how to remove original hose

Hi Carlos, Thank you for your question regarding model ! To remove the existing hose you will first turn the water off at the shut-off valves under the sink. Next. locate the blue clip which locks the hose into the faucet outlet and pull it off. You can now remove the hose by pulling it up through the body of the spout. You will then lower the new hose through the body of the faucet until it can be pulled through under the sink. Attach it to the faucet outlet and secure it in place with the blue clip. Does this wand and hose replacement package come with the key to remove the aerator? We have hard water and need to regularly clean our faucet head. Thanks!

Do you sell just the end piece without the tube? My tube works fine its the end piece that doesn't let the water through.
