inside the U3401-PK there is a plastic circular ring. is this ring a continuous circle or is it designed to have a break in it? btw... the parts list for this product does not load. thank you.

How can a customer get this to swivel if they aren't able to move it by hand? Can the use the wand as a lever?

Is this item available in polished nickel or polished chrome?
Thank you for your question, Brenda! The Delta model U3401-PK is currently only available in Chrome, Champagne Bronze, White, Venetian Bronze, Stainless Steel and Polished Brass. We do offer a shower mount in Polished Nickel in model number U4010-PN-PK, however this mount must be installed directly to the wall or tile.

What is the inside diameter of the wand holder? My current wand tappers from 3/4” to 1” will your wand holder accommodate this was Done?
Thank you for your question, Bill! All Delta hand shower mounts will have a 7/8" diameter tapering to a 13/16" so your hand shower hose should fit this mount.

I know the bracket that holds the handheld is chrome plated plastic. But from the looks of the picture, isn't the female inlet (the part that screws on to the shower arm# made of chrome plated brass? The 2 flats #made for a crescent wrench) indicate that. Usually the plastic female inlet doesn't have 2 flats on it, but knurls all the way around.

Pivot
I bought this as an adjustable mount and have connected it to move it around. Is there a way to loosen it up so that it can pivot?

The shower arm mount is able to be angled. It should already be loose enough where you can angle it but tight enough where you're able to keep the mount angled where you want it.
