What are recertified faucets? Are they simply returns or previously damaged products? I am looking at 3 or 4 - 2 handle brushed nickle Portwood bathroom faucets.

Delta® Recertified products are returned, unused items that include all parts, and have been inspected to meet the quality standards of new Delta® products – no dents, scratches, or blemishes. How do you remove the aerator for this model

The Delta Faucet model 25770LF-SP-R Portwood™ Two Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet (Recertified) In Spotshield Brushed Nickel includes a cached aerator and an aerator wrench that can be used to unthread the aerator from the spout. the p/u has brushes to keep the dropped items in the sink from going down in the drain ! how can i get this product off of my faucet? It stops the water from draining
