Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad engineering-no parts replacement The plastic ferrule on the gooseneck spout broke and water leaks around the O-rings. It seems to be a non-replaceable part! Now my entire faucet has to be replaced because of a 5 cent part! I can't even find this on any parts diagram on-line. Ridiculous design.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from delamination issue I bought this Porter faucet about 7 years ago. for the last couple of years, it's been slowing delaminating. Delta chose not to warranty it as I used simple green and orange glow apparently. I also used 50/50 vinegar and CLR. Other than that, the faucet works great. So anyway. I have had delaminating issues with Moen products that I also have in the other bathroom, and they quickly warrantied even the slightest delamination. No questions asked.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Handles are very flexy and feel cheap. This was a $130 faucet in brushed nickel. I've always liked the finish on Delta products. However, the handles on this model are very flexy, and feel like it is a poor design. I made sure they were fully seated, and still felt flimsy and flexy. Test for yourself before buying. Our old faucet handles felt great and very solid in comparison. I called customer service to see if it was possibly a defective faucet, but they disconnected me when I asked if there was a warranty.

There are O rings inside the spout. are there replacement parts?

Does Delta make a shank extender kit for this faucet ?

What size drain trap is necessary for use with this faucet?

I recently bought this faucet. Does it come with an included gasket for between the faucet and vanity?

Hi, Bryan! Thank you for your question. The Delta 25984LF-OB-ECO Faucet does include a gasket for the space between the faucet and vanity. You can use a bit of silicon sealant around the edge of the base of the faucet to seal the unit. Best Regards, Rosanna
