Rated 1 out of 5 by Noh20 from No pressure Very little water pressure. I installed 2 of these and get very little pressure from either. When I remove the aerator I have great pressure and flow. Putting the aerator back on and very little water comes out with very little pressure. I have great pressure throughout the house.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Scooter from poor design and difficult customer service Poor design - removing the aerator and finding a replacement appears to be an impossible task. Customer service is weak and the phone number to call for assistance is just taking me in circles. I am sure I will get a "form letter" type of response apologizing for my bad experience, but you can save it! Switching to another brand!

New faucet has restricted water flow with a spout restrictor change. Need to get faucet with old round restrictor vs. new square restrictor. See pictures.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jason from Poor warranty backing I have had this faucet for the last 10 years or so. Aside from replacing the cartridges once, it has been fine, until the finish started to crack away, and then yesterday a leak developed from under the sink where it connects to the drain pipe. I called today for a warranty claim, and the phone representative said to me that they only recommend half vinegar and half water for cleaning. Who doesn't use commercial cleaners to clean their bathroom? So since I had said I use Scrubbing Bubbles (as I have for every other house/brand of faucet), the warranty won't be honored. I'll just say that MOEN has never refused to back up their products. So now I have an offer of 50% off a product instead of the replacement I should be sent, yet why would I want to use Delta again if this is the way they back up their product??
