Rated 1 out of 5 by Jwp3 from Don't buy Delta I purchased a Delta towel rack. The screw connecting the rack to the mounting hardware didn't work. I tried multiple fixes and contacted their warranty department. I was on hold for over 3 hours before they disconnected me. Just before disconnect they had they said I had to contact a different company and they never contacted me.

Thank you for your question, Richard! The matching Windemere 18" towel bar and toilet paper holder are both available in the Brilliance Stainless finish as part numbers 70018-SS and 70050-SS. does the Windemere accessories come in the brushed nickel finish? it looks like the color but when you select it it says stainless ?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model 70018 is available in Chrome, Stainless Steel, and Oil Rubbed Bronze. Stainless Steel is very close to the Brushed Nickel finish in the shower.

I’ve searched the world over, via Internet, including the Delta website, and cannot find a part number, or anything that would allow me to order another quick clip mounting bracket to replace the one I lost. Please help!

A prior Q&A indicates the Windermere towel bar cannot be shortened. At one time the bar and ends were separate pieces so the bar could be cut to fit the space. Is there another Delta model that will allow cutting the bar to fit a specified width?
