Rated 1 out of 5 by from Need help with how to install the drain lever I have no review yet. I can't get the faucet installed. The drain lever is made with a back and forth angle. Great! But it does not line up with the unit: the hole in the outside cover and inside brackets force a gross misalignment with the ability to raise and lower the plunger.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Popup drain only works for a sink without overflow We purchased the faucet after ensuring it came with a drain. However nowhere on the box or in the instructions does it mention that the pop-up drain only works on sinks with an overflow. The third party pop-up drain was an additional $40.00.

What is the difference between models B2596LF-OB and 25996LF-OB?

Hello EGentry, Thanks for your question! The 25996LF-OB is exclusively sold at Lowes while the B2596LF-OB is available from any retailer that carries our products. Other than that, the faucets are the same. I hope this helps!

The building handy man told me not to get plastic supply line since we live in a 42-story high-rise and the water pressure is strong.

I've never seen a lift rod that has 2 bends in it. What is proper way to install? Also, from underside the faucet assembly, there doesn't seem to be enough clearance for the lift rod - hole appears offset. Does it go up and down at a 45-degree angle?

Is there anyway to restrict water flow to this faucet?

My faucet already has the aerator that comes with the product but I was wanting to restrict the water flow even more. My kids forgetting to shut off the water when brushing their teeth (and other factors) have caused high water bills and I am wanting to conserve water every way I can.
Asked by: Handy Mommy
Thank you for your question. The B2596LF-OB has an aerator that produces 1.5 gpm. We do offer a 1.2 gpm version of this aerator as part number RP61340-1.2 and you can purchase this item by calling our warranty center directly at 1-800-345-3358. Best regards, Edward

How do I adjust the stops on the handles on an already installed faucet?

Asked by: pleong
Hi pleong, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model B2596LF. If the handle motion is not correct, the stems may be installed in the wrong orientation. The stops on the stems should point to the center of the faucet. The handles are removed with the screws under the top buttons. Before unscrewing the bonnet nuts to remove the stems, turn off the water supplies.
