Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice fixture but very hard to install Stylish, looks great on our double vanity. However very difficult to install. Water lines are very stiff and just about reach the faucets. Faucets are not labeled left/right or hot/cold so it's hit or miss once installed to open and close correctly. For us installations on both sinks were a miss. Both had to be disconnected and then reattached after we turned the water on. One would think after getting the first sink right the second would follow but without markings on the faucets we missed both times. Cost me over an hour extra time that I had to pay my plumber.

Why does this faucet (3594-MPU-DST) require a minimum clearence of 2.5" from backsplash?

We really like the look of this faucet and also like the tub and shower units but we don't have 2.5" clearance on our vanity sinks. What do we need to be concerned with to see if this will work?

Thank you for your question, Brian. We recommend having a 2 1/2" clearance from the center of the mounting holes to the back splash. This is recommended to provide enough room for your hands while using the faucet and for cleaning. Best regards, Jon

Hi DonC, Thank you for your question! Yes, the faucet can be used without the aerator. This is a recommended step during installation or as maintenance to flush out any trapped water debris. Does the Linden widespread faucet come with spot shield?

Our Delta Faucet Linden™ Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet In Stainless MODEL#: 3594-SSMPU-DST does not come in the spot shield stainless, however, I included information and a link to the cleaning and care section on our website. Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Purchased 3594 SSMPUDST widespread with pop-up however my sinks are a farm style vessel sink and drain will not fit as the vessel sink is slimmer and has no overflow is there a drain with no overflow that will work with this faucet set that I can purchase

Bought a 3594-RBMPU-DST and the hot water faucet runs opposite of what it’s supposed to do-pulling to you turn it off and back to left side turned it on.  Cold water side works correctly after I moved the valve stem to match the pic on instr sheet.

Faucet is leaking. Slow drip, not sure if it is from the hot or cold side. What has to be replaced and can I do this from the top side of bath where handles are located?

This is done from the top side of the faucet, I have included the instructions below. Start by turning off the hot and cold shut off below. A. The handle can be removed by using a 3/32" Allen wrench B. Once removed, slide the handle off the stem C.
