Valve will not work all three functions
I purchased the set that had the regular shower head, the hand held with the slide bar, two jet sprays and the diverter and valves. The valve that is sold with this set will not work all three functions it will only work 2. Completely defeated the purpose of purchasing this as a package and it was expensive.

I am looking to install both 57051-SS (hand held shower and bar) and T17251-SS (shower head and control valve). I believe I also need a R1000-UNBX or R11000 valve as well as a U4929-PK 3-way to install on shower rod. Is there anything else needed?

Thank you for your question. The Delta Dryden Slide Bar Hand Shower 57051-SS can be installed two different ways. We have a shower arm diverter that is installed in between the shower arm and shower head. The models are U4929-SS-PK or 50650-SS.
The other way to install this model is to get an in wall Diverter Rough-In Valve R11000 and matching Dryden Diverter Trim T11851-SS. You would also need the Wall Elbow 50570-SS for the hand shower hose connection. This will allow you to run the shower only, the hand shower only, or the two together.

Can you provide cut sheets of this product?
I am looking for dimensions of the bar (its length and total depth from the wall) and also the profile of the Handshower itself to see how its measurements (height and length from the 1/2" NPT connection, assuming the 1/2" connection is perfectly vertical, as shown in the picture). Thank you.

Is it possible to increase the water pressure in the Dryden hand held shower head.

Is the typical wall feed height for this lower than for a standard showerhead?
If I get this it will be so that we can do both standing and seated showers. From the photos it looks like the wall feed for this unit would be mounted quite a bit lower than the piping for a regular showerhead. Am I understanding this correctly? I want a seated person to be able to shower comfortably with the handheld unit but I'm not sure I want to be permanently committed to an abnormally low water connection through the shower wall. Obviously each installation is unique, but what would be a typical mounting height for the wall feed (water piping) for this unit?

Thank you for your question! The supply elbow can be installed anywhere on the wall that will allow the hose to hang freely and provide enough reach.

is there suggested install height for the slide bar ?
Hi Annie, Thank you for your question. We do not recommend a specific height for the slide bar hand shower to be mounted. There are variables as to whether the person using the handheld shower will be seated or not, or the height of the user. The height is based on the users preference.

Please let me know if the shower head can be adjusted left/right. Meaning, can I rotate the head horizontally, left/right? The bar will be installed 20"' off center on the left side. I would like to know if I can adjust the head toward the right.

To install the slide bar, drill 1/4" holes. For ceramic tile installation, drill holes in grout (if possible) and insert anchors. See the maintenance and installation instructions for more information.

hand held shower rubber piece is leaking on the sides, so water is diverted from the opening flow spouts to the side of the rubber piece, reducing flow. can this be replaced? it is Dryden, but looks like older model installed 2012.
We accidently broke the part that rotates and hold the shower head. Is there a replacement part I can purchase to switch out?

Is the shower head on this hand shower system replaceable with another Delta shower head? The pressure is very low on this model. We just did a full bathroom remodel, and this shower head on our hand shower is very disappointing.
