Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta sucks I purchased a Delta towel rack. The screw connecting the rack to the mounting hardware didn't work. I tried multiple fixes and contacted their warranty department. I was on hold for over 3 hours before they disconnected me. Just before disconnect they had they said I had to contact a different company and they never contacted me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plastic Anchors are garbage I followed the instructions and used the enclosed parts rather than drilling and using my own anchors. That was a big mistake. The plastic anchors are terrible and break halfway into the wall. Removing them just leaves giant holes that regular anchors now won't fit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy There is no screw to secure the towel rack to the base pieces on the wall. The rack has crashed down several times when the towel is taken from it. The towel rack has damaged the linoleum floor in the bathroom in 4 places.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Design! I’m so incredibly disappointed in this product!! I would have thought that Delta would have thought this one out better. There is no pin to secure the end pieces so every time you pull your town off the bar, the whole thing come crashing down. I will definitely be returning this product and buying from another company. Very disappointed

need to know the towel bar escutcheon diameter for Delta Windemere and Ceice

Delta's Technical information for these two models does not show the excutceon diameter.

I cannot see a close up of this model. Does it have a spherical, ball like shape on each end of the pole that acts as the towel rack? If not, can you point me to the collection that does?

What is the difference between 70024-SS towel bar and 79624-SS towel bar?
