Issues with Installation
The product itself looks good, but the installation hardware included with the kit sucks. The screws for the "no-drill" drywall anchors will not screw in completely. It just turns the anchors which then strip a big hole in the wall. I had to purchase anchors and screws in order to be able to install the towel ring AND patch the holes left by the original anchors. Also the single screw to attach this is really close to the wall. It is hard to tighten as there is almost no clearance.

Poor Installation Design
The product itself was satisfactory, but the installation hardware included with the kit is of a defective design. The screws for the "no-drill" drywall anchors will not screw in completely. I had to purchase "regular" drywall anchors and screws in order to be able to install the item correctly. Additionally, I had to purchase a drywall patch kit to repair the damage caused by the oversized "no-drill" drywall anchors.

Looks great and the quality is excellent!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 6 of the Delta Towel rings one for each our four bathrooms and two for our Master Bath. We are very pleased with them. They are easily installed and match all the Delta products in Oil Rubber Bronze. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for lasting quality.

Is the ring stationary or does it raise up (swivel) to allow you to easily wrap the towel around it?

Windemere Towel Ring
We have a Delta Towel Ring that matches our faucet. The hidden screw part just broke and we want to replace with a new one. Can you confirm the diameter of the base that attaches to the wall. Of the Windemere Towel Ring.

How do I unistall the Delta 70046 Windemere Towel Ring CHROME?

To uninstall the towel ring, first, loosen the set screw on the bottom. Then, take the towel ring off of the mounting hardware and unscrew the mounting hardware from the wall. See the manual for more information:

Where can I buy the mounting brackets for these? The parts were inadvertently thrown out.
Where can I get the mounting bracket for Windermere 70046-0b towel ring? Remodeled my bathroom but lost the bracket along the way to rehang it. I have two towel rings to hang.
