Only difficulty was installing the teeny tiny set screws with the teeny tiny wrench. Delta's supplier replaced the one and only bad piece of attachment hardware (out of many) with a whole new set. Highly recommend for home and cottage. Beautiful finish to our remodeling project.

My bathroom is western/rustic themed and looks great without being over the top. Only complaint is installation. These replaced Delta hardware that was 8 years old and installed completely different. Very tiny allen wrench to tighten and two of them would not tighten all the way. Took me over an hour to fix them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Excellent color. Comes with template which allows for easy leveling and marking/drilling of holes. It comes with everything to install into drywall. Product was also well packaged and protected. The only potential recommendation I have is that it would be nice if Delta included some form of cushion that could go at the end of the bar to give it a snug fit. This would make it so the bar won't clang around when moving horizontally as there is a little play. We purchased the full Lahara collection for our bathroom: 2 towel racks, towel ring, shower faucet, hand faucet, and toilet paper holder. We had to mount the toilet paper holder a little lower than I would like on our vanity due to the way it opens to install the toilet paper. Outside of those items this is a great product line by Delta.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty to look at, hard to install We really like the looks of this towel bar, but the installation instructions were somewhat lacking and confusing in certain areas. For example, how to measure so the bar ends up in the exact right place. The bar fit a bit loosely, so we added some tape to the end of it so it wouldn't rattle when you hang a towel on it. The set screw is mounted straight up and down, making it hard to tighten it with the hex key. You have to remove and reinsert the key with each 180 degree twist. My prior fixtures angled the set screw so that you could easily tighten it with just a few full circle twists.

One of the supports for the towel bar is slightly loose. What size Allen wrench is required to tighten the Allen screw inside the support?

so can a 18" towel bar be shorten to 16"? Even to 12"?

We have selected the Lahara Champagne Bronze shower fixtures. We need a towel bar for the back wall of the shower but the wall is only 20" wide.

Can this bar be cut down to 16"?

I have a Delta Lahara towel bar and toilet paper holder.  I want to remove them before I paint the bathroom,  My contractor installed them,  How do I remove them?  Do I need a special tool?  thank you

I bought a Delta Faucet Lahara® 18" Towel Bar in Champagne Bronze. I have stupidly cut the 1/2 " bar too short and am wondering if I can get another 20" x 1/2" bar?

I need a towel bar no more than 15 inches long - your shortest Lahara towel bar (#73818) is 18 inches. Is the end piece removable such that I could cut the bar to the length I need?
