I'm trying to adjust the water coming out of the shower it is to hot and know way to cool it down .It's a 06 03 17 B114900 can you help.

To adjust the temperature you will pull the blue circular top up and turn it counterclockwise to increase the temperature and turn it clockwise to lower the temperature. Can I replace my B114900C tub/shower trim with a T17038. Will the valve I have in the wall now accommodate the new cartridge ?

Hi, Maggiem. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the Delta Monitor T17038 Trim Kit will not fit the Delta B114900C Valve. i installed a B114900C Delta Foundation Faucet in a shower. The water temperature is not hot enough even when the lever is turned all the way, Is there some way to adjust the mix so more hot water is in the mix.

Hello JayP, Thank you for your question! In order to adjust the temperature of the Delta Foundations Tub and Shower B114900C model, you would need to adjust the Rotational Limit Stop, that goes over the stem of the cartridge. I have outline a step by step process, below: 1. Please shut off your water, you shouldn't have to do this if you are not removing anything but the handle. 2. After removing your handle, you will see a brass stem, with a blue cap held on by a black o-ring. 3. Remove this o-ring. 4. After you remove the o-ring, you are now able to adjust your "RLS". All you have to do is lift it up just a little bit, rotate counter clockwise. Please keep in mind there is a limit on how far you can rotate this, if you rotate too far it will not attach properly. Also, please keep in mind if you rotate this all the way to the maximum, this can result in very hot water as this would be the maximum temperature off of your water heater. 5. Once you are done rotating your "RLS", please attach your o-ring and your handle. 6. Test the temperature, if you are still having issues please advise.  Plumber installed valve that was included in the Foundations shower  #B114900C.  I had ordered the Victorian Shower and told him that the valve for this was the R10000-UNBX.  Will the Victorian shower assembly work with the Foundations Valve???

I need a valve stem extension for this unit. Installed shower walls and now the stem is too short, original part comes with an extension already but it’s too small now, about an inch longer

Hi, Sam. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not make an extension kit to extend the stem further out of the finished wall for the Delta B114900C Valve Trim Kit. We recommend to make sure and measure the distance from the stringer of the valve body to the front of the plasterguard is 2 3/4" ± 1/4" (70 mm ± 6 mm). This is the same distance to the finished wall. If this is further back inside of the wall, adjustments will have to be made accordingly. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
