Rated 2 out of 5 by from RP91950AR - soap dispenser leaks When I pushed the soap dispenser handle down, soap leaked from the dispenser. The leak is due to a missing O ring in the soap dispenser handle. Delta replaced the entire soap dispenser though an O ring was all that was needed. I think there is a problem with the handle design. It's heavy and the O ring is less than 1/8 inch in diameter. You can expect to support a heavy handle that on a small O ring. I recommend that customers who own the RP91950AR dispenser cut their soap solution with water (1 part of soap + 1 part of water). I also recommend that customers periodically remove and clean the handle. Be careful to not remove or damage the O ring. If you do, the dispenser will leak.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soap dispenser, do it. We replaced our faucet that had a separate sprayer. The new faucet had a built in sprayer, we decided to put a soap dispenser in. I absolutely love it. I think we use less detergent because there’s less waste. Very convenient as a built in.

We installed this, but the nozzle fits so loosely on the pump that the soap is 'dispensing' into the base and not through the nozzle. There's absolutely no seal to keep the soap flowing where it should, so it just spills out on to the counter. I'm wondering if Delta put the wrong parts in the box or something, we've usually had good experiences with their products.

I am interested in the PIVOTAL 4193-DST kitchen faucet because it has a low spout height of 11' the others are too tall for my sink area it received good reviews. Has the soap dispenser been updated yet not good reviews. thank you

Good evening I just installed this soap dispensor RP91950AR and the top part of the dispensor does not lock in place and I can spin the top part around very easily. Is this how it is designed?

Do I still need a air gap if I install the soap dispenser?

Hi, Deborah! Thank you for your question. An air gap provides back-flow prevention for an installed dishwasher. We recommend checking if an air gap is needed for your dishwasher set up. Can I get an extension for The Soap / Lotion Dispenser In Chrome MODEL#: RP91950 to get directly into the soap bottle, so we do not have fill the soap bottle every time it gets empty?

This week a plumber installed a Delta Pivotal Soap / Lotion Dispenser with Top Fill 13-ounce Bottle. I've filled the bottle but the dispenser won't pump the liquid. Does it have to be primed somehow?

Is there a way to secure the soap dispenser top so that it dosesn't swing around as soon as it's touch to pump the soap?

I have a Lenta Spotsheild stainless, is there a color of the RP91950 that would work with it?

My dispenser is loose and not firmly connected to the pump and tube leading into the soap container. Applying pressure to get the parts to connect in some way did not fix the problem. Is there a trick to connecting the dispenser?

I have a RP91950 Artic stainless soap dispenser. I need to replace the pump/handle. Is there one available?

Unfortunately, the head or handle is unavailable as an individual replacement part.
