How high is the faucet from the base to the very top.  The faucet is under a window with shutters that needs to pull out over the top of the faucet, which needs to be no more than 6 inches high, tops.

I am sorry to hear there is an issue with the spray wand. I know that can be frustrating. We are happy to help! We recommend soaking in a solution of 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing, to dissolve mineral deposits in the wand. Unfortunately, the wand is not designed to be disassembled and if it is damaged we recommend the RP93287AR arctic stainless replacement wand. In addition to the electronics module, a Touch2O faucet includes a plastic indicator base as a critical isolation component, a contact spring in the handle, and check valves.
