The best shower!
We renovated our master bathroom last year and I spent a lot of time researching shower heads knowing it could make or break a major point of our reno - I wanted to LOVE our new shower! I even declined shower head options provided by our designer to go with this one and I'm so glad I did. It looks nice, it is easy to use, has amazing water pressure and it is very easy to go back and forth between the regular head and handheld. I honestly haven't tried every setting because I'm so happy with the basic one. We are now looking to do our daughter's shared bathroom and I will be looking at getting this same one for their new shower.

Does the job
If you live in CA, this will have a water restrictor in it and you will not get enough pressure for water to flow through both shower heads simultaneously. I googled how to correct it for this particular model and I now have much better pressure and can rinse my hair in a decent amount of time. The water flow restrictions implemented in CA are only causing more water usage. I have to flush my brand new toilet a couple of times just to get toilet paper down.

Great coverage
I bought this Ashlynn Monitor 17 for my bathroom remodel. It delivers great coverage and plenty of water. The first unit had an issue with the seal on the main shower head. After a call to Delta warranty, I had a replacement within 1 week. Excellent customer service from Delta. Get the rough-in valve when you order this. The plumbers told me it’s a quality valve.

Ashlynn model 14 started leaking about six months ago. We moved into our brand new house in November of 19. Is there a warranty coverage on this part or a way to stop the leak? If not I would like the part number to fix problem. Thanks Joe

Nice marketing read but functionally not so good.
there is a "tight line" between the dual function and volume control levers.. the hot/cold mix valve lever will move the the volume lever. One can adjust the holding screw to reduce this friction but the screw head is so far out that you can't snugly install the the plastic hot/cold mix valve. It pops off frequently.

Do not purchase
This product was installed for a guest bathroom remodel in January. Worked fine for about a month. It is now May and for some reason has cracked causing water to spray over the shower door on to the floor and vanity. Very disappointed with this product.

I plan on installing this shower trim Delta T14264-SS outdoors by my pool. Is the material made of stainless steel or is that just the name of the finish? Do you know what grade of stainless it is?

Thank you for your question. The Brilliance Stainless Steel for the Delta T14264-SS shower unit is the name of the finish. Unfortunately none of our faucets are specifically designed to be installed outdoors. They are not designed to withstand extreme cold weather conditions (freezing) or direct sunlight from the sun in the summer months.
If you do decide to install one of our faucets outdoors, then please remember that our warranty only covers manufactures defects. Damage incurred to the faucet by the extreme weather conditions are not covered by our warranty program.

Can i purchase a spout separately to go with the T14264.

You can use any tub spout to go with the T14264 shower trim. In addition to the trim you will need a rough in valve such as the R10000-UNBX.

I’m trying to replace a CARTRIDGE for this Delta Model Ashlyn T14264. Tons of info about trim kits, valve body etc. But no info about the specific cartridge and where to purchase???

On the Delta Ashlyn shower faucet, can you adjust the water temperature to get hotter water?

Thank you for your question. Thank you for your question. There is a rotational limit stop (RLS) at the temperature control to adjust the hot water limit. To adjust the RLS, first remove the temperature cover and take a phillips head screw driver and turn the set screw counter clockwise to remove.
Remove the gray knob. Behind the knob, you should see a black disk. Take the disk and take it out and place the disk to the hotter side. The hot side should be up against the iron piece that is sticking down on the volume handle. Once adjusted, reinstall all handle parts.

Is the gray, plastic piece inside the part that screws onto the rod supposed to be removed before installation?
If removed, will the flow rate increase? What is the purpose of this piece?
