Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hand Shower cost a it a Star Purchased nearly 1 year ago thru my designer, finally installed 2 weeks ago after 5 month master bath remodel. My first bath in my new tub yesterday ended with a VERY DISAPPOINTING rinse off with handheld shower. The stream is so weak it is like a strong a dribble! If I could figure out how to remove the flow restricter I would! It is the only disappointment from entire Cassidy array my designer purchased: shower stall system, sink fixtures and deck mounted tub fixtures.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faucet takes up half the tub The faucet sticks way too far out and I keep hitting it. It’s sitting nearly half way into the tub which really isn’t ideal. It also makes it super hard to get out. I have a 67” freestanding tub so it’s pretty large too. Bummer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sprayer is too heavy and won’t stay in place We had the Cassidy faucet and sprayer set installed in our new master bath 3 years ago. Sadly, the sprayer is top heavy, keeps coming uncaulked, and falls over, leaving a big hole through which water can leak. It is a poor design, with no anchor beneath the hole in the tile, and we are disappointed in this piece.

How far from the center of the faucet to the end?  This is a replacement and I want to insure it is long enough to get the water in the Tub!  One speciation said 13” and one says 10.1”

What is the flow rate on the tub spout?

Hi Dien, Thank you for contacting us at Delta Faucet! This Delta Faucet model features a 2.0 gpm three-setting H2Okinetic® handshower with dual check valves. what different hand showers can be used with this trim or can you change out the hand shower with an 59426-pb-pk

We are happy to help! Our hand shower hose connections are a standard connection, so any Delta Faucet hand shower will fit the hose included with this trim kit. Yes, the model 59426-PB-PK hand shower can be used as a replacement hand shower for this trim kit. We have a Delta faucet on our bathtub.  Venetian bronze.  We want to have a sprayer added.  Do we need to buy an entirely new faucet?

Water not hot enough when filling the tub (hot water valve only on). Is there an adjustment?

This tub filler does not limit the maximum temperature or pressure balance the water supplies. With only the hot handle open, the water comes directly from the hot water supply and comes out at the same temperature as the supply.
