As others have noted, the instructions are terrible. For example, nowhere in the instructions does it tell you which water supply line is hot or cold. Only after searching the website for a half hour did I stumble across a video explaining that there are colored gaskets inside the compression nut that attaches to the water shut-off valves. I guess it's my bad that I didn't happen to notice these, but would it have killed Delta to add just one sentence pointing that out in the instructions?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good faucet; a few concerns I’ve had this faucet for a year, so I’ve had a good opportunity to test it out. I just changed the batteries for the first time and that prompted me to think again about the review. The faucet responds quickly to touch. I was disappointed to learn that the touch activation is an either/or situation - either you use the touch capability OR you use the manual faucet. I thought it would be both capabilities would be available, but I’ve adapted. My main concern is that the power spray really does nothing but get water everywhere. Even though my sink is deep and I’m careful to keep plates or pans low in the sink when I want to “blast” something off of them, water still gets everywhere. Quite honestly, even the more mild spray option has this effect. It takes a long time for hot water to really get hot, but that’s probably more on my water heater than the faucet. Overall, I”m content with the performance of the faucet and it’s easy to keep clean. It’s also always entertaining to see people new to the kitchen try to figure out what the heck is happening when they use the handle to turn on the faucet. . . .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Only spray I bought this faucet a year ago and it worked wonderfully until the spray/stream switch broke. The switch moves but is stuck in spray mode. According to the Delta website the replacement head is $116-170 !! Half what I paid for the faucet. It was easy to install though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good sprayer features and handle orientation I bought this faucet in August, 2019, partly because of the handle orientation, as there is a raised shelf right behind our sink. The faucet had one significant flaw that has now been addressed by Delta at no cost, so I'm happy to not need to replace the whole faucet. Not too many months after buying the faucet, the magnet in the stem began to rust. This seems like a real design or manufacturing flaw, at least for units manufactured then. As the rust expanded, it made a mess pretty quickly and I picked out the magnet remains, leaving the nozzle hanging loosely. Eventually I researched the issue; the Delta website (and Home Depot documents) don't show any replacement part for the magnet. I submitted a support request at the Delta Faucet website, and as I try to have every Home Depot receipt sent to email, I was able to send them my receipt and they sent me a magnet replacement kit, complete with a magnet removal and insertion tool. And the kit include THREE magnet rings! The only other thing work noting is that the hand soap dispenser handle is protected by a clear plastic layer, which has now begun to peel off, but it's not highly visible. Just to be clear; no leaks, no other parts to replace; I just clean the nozzle every now and then.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not enough water pressure,soap disp.too short We just had this faucet professionally installed in our new kitchen with a quartz countertop. I love Delta faucets but truly wish that I would have done more research on this faucet with soap dispenser. The water pressure while using the stream function is just not strong enough. All our plumping is new so there are no issues regarding that matter. Furthermore, the soap dispenser nozzle is not long enough to pump correctly the dish detergent into the sink. It always ends up on the edge of the sink. Wondering if there is something wrong with that spout/nozzle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement sink in a Corial countertop. When our Corian sink cracked (a story for another time), my research indicated (A) a replacement Corian undermounted sink was not an option, and (B) all other under-mounting sink options would leave an obvious demarcation where the Corian was "patched up". A tough aesthetic decision, we opted to install the Marca sink as a drop-in, rather than an undermount. The sink is basically as advertised. My only disappointment is that the bottom of the sink looks quite downward-slanted toward the drain in the pictures, but is actually a very modest drainage incline. So a lot of water "puddles" are left behind -- when I expected that they would drain away -- at the bottom of the sink. (This would be true if the sink had been undermounted, too.) The rubber mat that fits the bottom of the sink does hide the pooled water. But it has its own maintenance issues, needing to be cleaned out frequently. We are still deciding to continue using it or chuck it. Yes, we give it a five-star rating. But unfortunately I don't think there is a better solution to having to replace an original Corian sink in a Corian countertop.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love this faucet...but I bought this faucet in May 2020. June 2021 faucet broke off while using it on a Sunday I called the 800 number on your website. I was told nothing can be done go buy a new faucet turns out Delta gave me a song and dance about weekend calls not them. I went to Home Depot I was bad design pot metal these faucets usually brake, handle, in 6 to 9 months. He steered me to Owendale better made bought it installed it handle broke April 2023. Two adults in my home 65 and 64 now suddenly that part in under warranty. I like the height of Marca, Owendale has a odd shape splashes everywhere Marca has a better shape.

I have issues with the sink not draining correctly due to inline vent malfunction. The pipes are clear. Does Delta have the air gap vents you can purchase separately and can it be added to this model faucet?

I've had this faucet installed for about 2.5 years, and the buttons on the pull down head are sticking. I've tried to lubricate them and nothing seems to be helping. And I'm not sure how to take the head apart to get to anything else.

Is there any way to have the stream be stronger? I am disappointed in the pressure of the stream. Also, the soap dispenser does not squirt out far enough. Thoughts on how to fix that since the hole cannot be changed in an expensive countertop?

Why is the water flow so low on this faucet? My old Delta faucet that this replaced splashed a lot but at least I could easily rinse out my sink. This new faucet has such low pressure the sink is very difficult to rinse. And it is low hot and cold.

Water leaks into the cabinet through a gap between the countertop and head.Do I need a rubber packing for the head? In the installation video, there is a rubber ring packing, but it is not included in the box I purchased.

Is there a way to increase the flow? Our new faucet has very low flow (0.8 gpm @ 45 psi) the pressure is provided by a high quality pump. It is a brand new installation and I have checked all of the filters and aerators and they are clean.

Can I get a smaller bottle for the soap dispenser?  It doesn’t fit under my sink because the valve is in the way.

Does this model have a serviceable aerator assembly? We are on a well and our current Trask model requires replacement every time it becomes impeded by debris.

We have the Delta Marca 1968OZ-CZAD-DST kitchen tap and it’s beautiful. Have now decitti install matching soap dispenser that was included. What size hole is required in the counter top?

Looking for a new hose for my kitchen faucet. But from the image of the replacement pull down hose, it does not have the same ends that would attach to the faucet head or other connectors. Faucet # 19780z-spsd-dst
