Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rim of soap dispenser turning green!! I had this Zalia faucet installed in May of 2021. In general, I love the style and function of this product. A downside is that the aerator gets clogged and I have NO idea how to clean it. Another post said something about a wrench provided to remove and clean it but I have no such wrench..and no instructions on how to use it if I did! Also, the rim of the soap dispenser is turning green! I’m afraid to scrub it clean because I suspect the dispenser is NOT solid stainless but just metal coated plastic which would only make it worse! The FINISH on this product is supposed to be warrantied for life, but this didn’t last a year! Not sure I can recommend this product! I intend to ask for a replacement soap dispenser AND the wrench and instructions for removing and cleaning aerator!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than a faucet I just purchased this new Delta faucet because my old Delta of 20+ years is outdated and recently had a small leak on the hose that pulls out. I love the new updated features that they provided on this faucet. The part that quickly cleans off the dirty dish while not letting the water splatter is a great addition! I purchased Delta again because they really stand behind their products. That older faucet had it's handle cartridge replaced twice under their warranty. It was amazing customer service that all businesses should take note of.

The soap dispenser does not squirt out the soap as well as when it was first installed. Seems to have gotten a bit clogged. how do I clean it?

When installing does it matter how the "lobe" holes in the washer and the mounting nuts align? The locking screws don't line up to the washer "lobe" or "holes" so it seems irrelevant and it is never mentioned anywhere. Why do you have them?

Hello, Is it possible to adjust the hot position on this kitchen faucet? It isn't hot enough. We have adjusted the (tankless) water heater, and it is sufficiently hot. Other faucets are also hotter and are ok.

Thank you for your question, ggoswalt! Model 19781Z-SPSD-DST does not have a way to adjust the temperature internally. We do recommend adjusting a tank-less water heater to a lower setting as it would need a higher flow rate to get the desired mixed temperature. Finally we do also recommend flushing the unit or removing the aerator to check for debris if a flush was not performed. Please let us know if you have questions or need further assistance. Regarding other brands, the SpotShield Stainless finish has a traditional stainless color and can match brushed nickel finishes. Zalia faucet boasts 1.8 gpm at 60 psi (at sink). I get 62 psi (nearby hose bibb). Is this faucet equipped with multiflow(TM) function that delivers 1.8 gpm temporarily, if so, how do I access.

I just bought a house with this faucet. I think it may be hooked up backwards. Which way is HOT, up vertical or down horizontal?

When moved forward to a horizontal position it will provide hot water while moving the handle backwards to a vertical position will provide colder water. We have model 19781Z-spsd-dst in our kitchen. The "spray" setting is too hard. It splashes water all over. We can reduce the volume/pressure to relieve the issue, but that is a pain. Is there a replacement spray head that has a more gentle spray?

What does the top button do?

The rocker pushed toward the bottom makes the outside spray work (jets) the rocker towards the top makes a center stream, but the top button seems to do nothing different. It just puts the spray back in the middle as far as I can tell. Same as the rocker toward the top.

is it possible to have the hot cold handle adjusted ? Right now for hot water it points to 3 o'clock meaning you have to push it the furthest away from yourself. Would like it to be more in a neutral position.

I had this faucet installed 4 months ago. The cold water pressure is really low compare to when we first got it. The hot water pressure is fine. What can I do to to bring the water pressure back?

Low flow usually means there is some kind of debris or blockage, please follow the steps below to flush the faucet and increase flow. 1. Place a large bucket or stock pot under the sink. 2. Disconnect the hot line from the valve to the faucet. 3. Move the handle to the full on, mixed position. 4. Point the valve end of the line into the bucket/pot then turn on the cold water. 5. Shut off the handle after a few gallons. 6. Reconnect the hot line to the valve. 7. No follow the same steps for the cold line. Please contact us back for any further questions or concerns. I have the  19781Z-SD-DST model and I love it. However the handle just slipped off the other day. Is there a tool I could use to retighten the set screw in the handle assembly?

I am in need of only the set screw for the faucet handle. Is it possible to purchase only the set screw?
