Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just OK Not happy about several features and wish I had seen it in operation prior to purchase. The spray cpmes out on two sides instead of in a circle as most sprayers do. Installing the faucet has somehow reduced the water pressure and it is very annoying.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from QC issues No instructions in the box (although this was available online) and the bracket for mounting had a ridge inside of it that required removing so that it would install correctly. I’m an engineer and have a lot of tools (used a Dremel tool to remove the bracket ridge); however feel sorry for someone without the tools or recognition to modify the bracket. My son in law installed one of these at his house about 3 months ago and had the same issue which is likely a result of the injection molding process. This represents poor quality control; however the rest of the faucet parts worked.

The new kitchen faucet that I recently purchased not only was extremely easy to install but, work’s better and has more features and easier to swivel from one side of the sink to the other but also looks more solid with cleaner lines than the unit originally installed. Not just a replacement but definitely an upgrade.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Weird Split Spray Pattern Well, the plumber just left after installing this faucet. I am not happy with the weird split spray pattern on the faucet, have never seen this before and have always used Delta faucets. What is the point of it? The main full stream is fine, the Shieldspray feature is awkward to use having to keep the button depressed in order to use it, and the worst of all is the shower spray feature split in the middle so there is no full spray. Nowhere is this shown, not on the packaging and not on the Delta site. Is this product returnable after use? Not happy at all with this and would have never purchased if known.

It was not hard to figure it out due to the fact I was uninstalling a different Delta faucet, but it would be nice to have the exact set of instructions for the job

Is this a forward handle function faucet? My countertop/sink is very close to the wall so when adjusting the temperature the handle must come forward or to the side to have the full volume of hot/cold water.

Is the handle on this forward only, looks that way on the sketch, as that's what I can only use also its a Home Depot only, they have no stock online- is this product still being made or is it discontinued?

The handle is pulled away from the faucet to open the flow. Yes, this faucet model is currently available for orders. Can you tell if your Delta Hyde kitchen faucet has a tendency to drip once or twice after the water is shut off?  I found the faucet on the Home Depot website.   When I get a Home Depot discount coupon, I will be making a purchase.   Thank you, Pierre

What color dishwasher air gap would match the Hyde kitchen faucet with SpotShield Stainless Steel finish (Model 19801Z-SPSD-DST)? Not sure if I should get Air Gap 72020-AR or 72020-SS. Also, do you have a matching water filter dispenser? Thanks
