This kitchen faucet is excellent for your kitchen, it has a blue LED indicator for cold water and red for hot water. Just by touching it you can open or close it, it has several options for the flow of water. You can also reach further away places just by stretching it. The installation was very easy and fast (my husband did it). Another thing I like is that when it has been open for a long time it closes itself helping you save water or in case you forget to close it. I recommend it!!!

Can this be used for a 4 hole sink knowing we will just cap off the old sprayer hole (4th hole)?

Hello Ctallen! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help! For a four-hole installation, we recommend using the escutcheon RP47274SP which will need to be purchased separately. We would also recommend a soap dispenser for the fourth hole if you do not want to cover it. Any soap dispenser will work for this installation. I recently bought and installed Touch2O model 19802TZ-SP-DST. Works perfect and just what I expected. I purchased a A/C power supply that came with no instructions. My question is, do I keep the battery pack plugged in along with the A/C adapter?

Can the touch feature be bypassed? If it stops working.&nbsp;

Hi Shawn, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about your 19802TZ-SP-DST! The easiest way to make our Delta touch models manual is to remove the battery box from the solenoid while the water is running. There are a couple more ways we can advise making them manual, If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. Lastly, If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. These directions are in the M&amp;Is, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. This is the least preferred method. We have a Lenta, D 19802TZSPGST kitchen faucet. It says we should be able to touch it anywhere on it for the water to go on and off with touch2 O. However, it will only work this feature if you touch the base. What&rsquo;s the matter with this?

My 19802TZ-SP-DST every 4 weeks I have to remove the sprayer to clean out local town water sediment from the filter. I use a q-tip and dig. Is there a better way? Other faucets i had could remove the filter; not this one? Please advise.

Although our finishes are extremely durable, they may be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, we recommend simply wiping with a gentle damp cloth and then blotting dry with a soft towel. If water deposits are especially troublesome, you may use a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water to remove them. White vinegar is strong enough to dissolve mineral deposits, yet mild enough not to damage our finishes. Note: Please be aware white vinegar may stain some porous materials like untreated stone. If you have an unsealed tile or counter top, please take care when cleaning your products. If you&rsquo;d prefer using a chemical cleaning product, our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409&reg; Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastic&reg; All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex&reg; Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturer&rsquo; instructions. Any cleaners not listed above may be tried if they do not contain hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids or similar caustic agents. Some examples of chemical cleaners to avoid are: green Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, and Soft Scrub and Tile Cleaner. Note: Any products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust will most likely harm the finished products. Is the faucet good for hard water? Are there sealed ceramic parts that would help with hard water?

We are having a water flow problem with this model. Can wash dishes off. Is there some type of restrictor that be can taken out or some type of screen that can be taken out. If, not this faucet is not use able. Water pressure is OK anywhere else.

Can I install this with an in-line water filter. I have purchased this faucet and am ready to install. My existing faucet has an in-line water filter between the cold water supply line and the faucet line. I am concerned about the check-valve placement .

I Purchased an Essa Kitchen Faucet with Spotsheild in the stainless finish for a kitchen renovation in May of 2023. The base of the faucet and the sprayer head both have water stains on the which I am unable to remove. Any suggestions how to remove.

I just installed a Lenta touch faucet and expected the touch feature to work on all parts of the faucet but touching spout/sprayer does not work. Is this defective or is there troubleshooting I can do?
