Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible idea - get a manual faucet! I'm just glad it was my wife that chose this or I'd be in the dog house. The water turns off whne it wants and I often am slapping it trying to get it to go on. There is no manual override (unless you take out he batteries or solenoid) so you can't choose whne to turn the touch feature on. Additionally, the faucet is hard to control for something other than full on with splash all over my waist or completely off. I don't know if Delta makes other better manual faucets but stay away from these (and don't even get me started on the stupid soap dispenser. We threw that (and $150) away.

The sprayer in the handle works perfect, it’s the faucet where I use the sprayer all the time. The magnetic connect works great. Also the faucet bends almost 180 degrees, resulting in the water landing in the center of the sink, out last one the water landed close to the edge and splashed water out of the sink....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Low flow when hooked up to solenoid Just purchased and installed this faucet. Water flow is very low when lines are hooked up to solenoid. When I bypass it, flow is great indicating there is no blockage in the lines. I would assume the solenoid is bad and it is brand new.

No problem with the installation and the soap dispenser is nice. If you want a nice looking and functional faucet buy the Delta Trask Faucet. The pull down sprayer is handy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Faucet This is the perfect faucet. We just moved into a new house which needed a new kitchen faucet. We had this exact faucet in the old place so I was trying to stay away from it. After looking at everything in multiple Home Depots, Lowe's, and online retailers, I couldn't find anything that looked this good for our kitchen island sink. The wife suggested this faucet again, and turns out we both wanted it. It is beautiful, easy to care for, and easy to install yourself. The hose feature is great for reaching all those hard to reach spot in the sink and for big items that would not fit in the sink. It does switch back between the normal spout and a spray, which is ideal for removing stubborn food from plates and pans. This is the second one I have purchased and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Faucet but a few flaws In the store I liked the faucet. It snapped back in the holder because of the magnet. It looked great. However, it is designed to have the handle facing to the right which I could not do because of a water filter faucet already in place to the right of the Delta faucet. SO we had to install it with the Delta faucet handle on the left. So, the handle works by moving it away from you, a little inconvenient. I wrote Delta to see if the handle could be rotated forward after taking out the screw on the handle. Their response did not say it could or could not be done just that it was made to have the handle on the right and I would have to use the handle in it's backwards position. Oh well. The magnet does not work as well as it did in the store, perhaps because of the hose or the water pressure. The button on the spray nozzle switches the water from stream to spray. However, it stays where in the last position that it is set. It does not go back to the stream mode by itself. A little inconvenient when trying to wash something up close. The spray stream sends the water splashing until I return it to the stream position. I would prefer it reset itself, as my last faucet did, to the stream mode.

The idea of using a magnet instead of a gasket to keep the sprayer up is genius! Looks very good with our granite countertop too! I only wish it had a flow control on the sprayer button so I could stop splashing myself when I forget to turn the water pressure down and switch to the sprayer.

Is the hose weight supposed to slide up and down the hose instead of staying in place? As it slides it doesn’t have enough weight to pull the head back to the faucet and I have to manually feed it back in. Seems like a flaw if not it’s a pain.

Hello Bill413, Thank you for your question. The weight assembly of the Delta Trask Pull-Down Kitchen 19933-SPSD-DST faucet. While the wand sprayer is not designed to automatically retract into the faucet, it should easily slide back up to the spout due to the hose weight installed below the sink. Once it is brought to the spout, the magnet will hold the sprayer firmly in place and ensure that it is properly aligned. Best regards, Tanya

Our plumber just installed the delta Strak and the water pressure is extremely low for both cold and hot water that washing a cup take more that’s 30 sec to wash .... all water tabs at house is strong. Any advice?...

Hello Luma, Thank you for your question. We would advise flushing the supply lines of your Delta Trask Kitchen Pull-Down 19933-CZSD-DST faucet. To flush out the valve body, so that these parts do last as long as possible, please first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket. Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line. Move the handle to the full on position, middle temp. Point the hot side Innoflex line into a bucket. Turn on the cold supply valve full. Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold supply. Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time. Move handle to off position. Reattach hot side line. Turn on both water supply valves. Best regards, Tanya

What is the best way to clean the the champagne bronze color faucets? I'm mainly interested in a safe way to remove finger prints and greasy smudges.

Hi, JoeL! Thank you for your question. Although our finishes are extremely durable, they may be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, we recommend simply wiping with a gentle damp cloth and then blotting dry with a soft towel. If water deposits are especially troublesome, you may use a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water to remove them. White vinegar is strong enough to dissolve mineral deposits, yet mild enough not to damage our finishes. Note: Please be aware white vinegar may stain some porous materials like untreated stone. If you have an unsealed tile or counter top, please take care when cleaning your products. If you’d prefer using a chemical cleaning product, our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastic® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturer’ instructions. Any cleaners not listed above may be tried if they do not contain hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids or similar caustic agents. Some examples of chemical cleaners to avoid are: green Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, and Soft Scrub and Tile Cleaner. Note: Any products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust will most likely harm the finished products. Most drain cleaners may be used when following their specific directions and not allowing exposure to the finish longer than 30 minutes. Best Regards, Rosanna

Is there a way to rotate the handle & cartridge so if we mount on the left it would not rotate away from the sink rather up & down?

Hot Water Pressure has dropped significantly since the faucet was installed about a month ago. Cold water pressure has remained the same. Can you provide input to troubleshoot the Hot Water pressure change. Thanks

Is hot water dispensed with handle all the way forward? And cold when upright? Or vice versa? Just want to know if my unit was installed properly.
