Works great when it works.
I love my new faucet. It looks good and, when working, is very convenient. After about 3 weeks of use, the solenoid began acting erratically. Sometimes, the faucet would not work either electronically or manually. Customer service was very helpful and has sent a new solenoid which will get installed this weekend.

The BOMB!
Bought this faucet because it seemed like a good idea. Now, it's a must have fixture. The only way to make it better would be to have instant hot water at the sink.
Have had the faucet a couple of years and have had a couple of issues. Delta's excellent customer service was there to make things right.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 19933T-BLSD-DST Faucet is exclusive to Lowe's Home Improvement Store while the Delta 9159-BL-DST Faucet is available anywhere Delta Faucet products are sold. The Trask does include the soap dispenser while the Trinsic does not. The handle styles are different as well. All Delta faucets feature the same quality parts, materials, and workmanship, no matter what kind of dealer sells them.

Dear Delta, Does the faucet operate manually with the handle only? when the batteries are dead can I ran the water with the handle only, like a normal faucet please?
Thank you for your question, Fabio! A Delta touch faucet can be manually bypassed should the battery power run out. A red blinking light will appear on the LED base when the batteries start to get low, and with the faucet touched on to activate, simply removing the lid of this battery box will put the faucet in manual mode. If the batteries have already run out, the Solenoid Assembly can be physically removed and the faucet used manually. Furthermore, most models can be used with the A/C Power Supply part number EP73954. This prolongs the battery life and insures functionality regardless of a power outage.

We installed this faucet with a new stainless steel farmhouse sink. Water is always splashing when it hits the bottom of the sink. I try keeping the water pressure low but my chest and even my face gets sprayed. How do I fix this? It drives me crazy!

Thank you for your question. Faucets that are too big can splash water out of a shallow sink, so a bar-size sink needs a smaller faucet. We would advised lowering the water pressure or using a small mat in the bottom of the sink, to prevent the splashing you are experiencing.

Thank you for your question! This indicates that the batteries will need to be replaced. 6 AA batteries should last 1-2 years, and 6 C batteries may last up to 5 years.

What other Delta finish matches SpotShield Stainless?

Slow Flow: How do I remove the Spray Head
I have slow flow and I think I need to remove the spray head. I cannot seem to be able to push down on the plastic tab and un-screw. Is there a trick to doing this? Or is there a better method to remove the debris?

Thank you for your question. To remove the hose assembly from the wand of the Trask Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet model 19933T-SPSD-DST model. You would need to squeeze the button inward, while screwing the hose, from the wand assembly, at the same time.

We had a plumber install this faucet today. We have a hot-water circulator device that provides hot water quickly through entire house. The sensor color is staying red even when cold water is running (won't change color). Can you tell me what's wrong?

Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. If not, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com.

How do you remove and clean the aerator on the 19933-sd-dst?

Thank you for your question. The aerator in the sprayer assembly on the Delta 19933T-SPSD-DST faucet is non-removable. To clean, we recommend to remove the whole sprayer from the hose assembly and soak the whole sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix. This can be soaked in this solution for an hour or even overnight to clean any and all debris from the sprayer.

I need a left -sided , single-handled faucet. Can I have the faucet installed "backwards" and then swivel the neck around to face the sink? Will all the water supply lines and all "touch" features still work? If not, any alternative models I can buy?
Thank you for your question, Roeisme. We recommend installing it with the handle on the right. The indicator light at the base will face the back if the handle is installed on the right.
The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on and rotating forward to increase the temperature. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backwards.
We do not currently make a faucet that is designed to be installed with the handle on the left. However, non-Touch2O faucets with a 45 degree valve (eg. 9181-DST) instead of 90 degree are the best options for installing the handle on the left.
