Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Buy - Missing Parts - Threw faucet in trash I recieved product and picked a quiet morning for installing. We removed old faucet and proceeded with installing the new. To our surprise, it was missing the mounting hardware. No problem, called Delta and they were more than happy to send the parts out in 6 to 8 days. My family could not go without a kitchen sink for that long, so they were able to ship them 3 days. This was on a Saturday and recieved them on Tuesday but to our surprise there was still no mounting screws. Called Delta again, same run around about shipping 6 to 8 days, no good then 3 days. Conclusion, Delta didn't care my family was having to get water to cook with and clean dishes from our bathroom. Threw the faucet in the trash heading to Homedepot and purchased a new faucet other than a Delta.

Trying to do this on a budget, I scored a new sink on Facebook Marketplace and a clearance 6ft countertop. After searching for faucets online, I landed on Delta's site and found the recertified section. I wanted a basic sort of old-school faucet. Bingo, here it is. Looks terrific. Easy to install. Has nice long pex tubing. This Classic model works perfectly in my set up. I highly recommend recertified and won't hesitate to purchase again should I need another faucet.

Arrived earler that was stated.Loved the finish-took about 20 min to install due to the fact I was doing alone and needed to get up and down to make sure it was centered! So far so good!Really "classed up" my stainless sink!

I currently have a Delta 1-handle unit w/sprayer that needs replacement ( over 23 years + old) . Do the newer units still have the threaded spout to accept the portable dishwasher connector (older Kenmore d/w, also >15 years old). Delta is a great value

Hello, I was looking at this faucet, the classic, and also the foundations model. do both of these have a plastic base? I'm looking for something that has a metal base, and is really tuff. My friend has parkinsons, and is really rough on things. Thanks

What is the length of the base plate? Someone wrote 8 1/2" when asked this question, and I think that is incorrect.

I tried to remove the spout on a Delta 400-SS-DST-A faucet and cannot reinstall it due to a washer on the inside that will not realign so that I can push the spout all the way down to its original position so that the bonnet will engage with the treads.

I do not have a hole for the sprayer. Will I still be able to use this faucet?

The Classic 400-SS-DST-A-R can be used in a 3-hole installation if the Delta RP54269 spray cap and o-ring is used to cap off the sprayer connection. Otherwise water will leak under the sink.
